《追查「癡漢」》|A documentary by BBC News|中文

I cannot imagine how much effort and heart BBC has contributed in this documentary. A big thumb to the dedication! Thank you for bringing this worsening issue to a world-level attention.

Hate to say it but, yes, among the cities visited there exist little insignificant variances between the reported and true realities. I have zero experience working in any documentary filmmaking, but I do understand the fact that are different constraints and boundaries will try to drag you away from the truth. These invisible forces make things super difficult (if not impossible) to be flawless. An good example would be on those dealing with multi-cities with unique and distinct underground culture.

I tasted noticeable biases from the ONE narration voice. Deep investigations on Chihans’ behaviors, motivation and the root causes were insufficient. Linking up all the pieces is challenging for some audience, I believe. This somewhat imbalanced tension was a bit irritating. Nope, don’t get me wrong, the documentary was adeptly done (helmet on). I hope it is just me being too sensitive here.

BBC definitely deserves praise, nevertheless. Digging out a long-buried pile of shit is never an easy job. If they could get their hands on covering up the the dug holes and healing the shovelful hollowness, you know what, some solid resounding changes might really happen.

That, will then be extraordinary.
